John Carroll University / ITS / Security / CyberSecurity Awareness Training

Beginning Monday, February 5th, JCU Information Technology Services (ITS) will initiate the 2024 annual interactive cybersecurity awareness training provided by KnowBe4 for all faculty and staff. This security campaign is designed to enhance awareness and equip our community with the skills necessary to recognize and prevent malicious cyber attacks.

Important: Completion of this training is mandatory for all faculty and staff by March 12th, 2024.

Get Started

  • Visit the Security Awareness Training with KnowBe4 at https://training.knowbe4.com.
  • Enter your JCU email address, which will prompt you to log in using your Single Sign-On credentials.
  • Follow the instructions in the "Get Started" section to complete your training.

FAQ: I took this training last year, do I have to complete it again? 

Yes. This training is required every year for all current JCU Faculty/Staff.
