Students can present their work at the poster session, which will begin at 1:00 p.m. or 1:45 p.m. on April 9 in the Dolan Center for Science & Technology Atrium.

Applications will open on Monday, February 3, 2025. 

To present a poster, complete the application by Wednesday, March 12,2025.

Students who present posters have the option of entering the poster competition. $100 cash prizes will be awarded for the top poster in each of the following categories:

• Business

• Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences

• Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math

• Professional Studies

To enter the competition, please submit your Poster Application and indicate that you wish to be entered into the Poster Competition.

Students can present their work during the conference-style live sessions scheduled throughout the afternoon of April 9th in presentation rooms in the Dolan Center for Science & Technology. Each session will be 50 minutes long and organized around a central theme. Students can present scholarly papers or participate in panel discussions on a given topic.   

The application for oral presentations will open on Monday, February 3, 2025.

The application for oral presentations will close on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. 

Calling all artists: Seeking entries that celebrate creative arts at JCU!  

Students can submit their artwork in any visual media (paints, pencils, photography, fibers, sculpture, etc.). Submissions will be displayed in Grasselli Library & Breen Learning Center through the end of the semester.
